Promoter

Competition Period

12.01am (AEDT) on 20/11/2025 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 20/12/2025.

Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who:

(a) are aged 18 or over; and

(b) can take the major prize, a VIP Peking Duk Tour Experience in 2026 (exact dates & locations to be confirmed by the Promoter).

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

(a) the Promoter; and

(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Where will the competition run?

The competition will run in participating Pizza Hut restaurant, online at www.pizzahut.com.au (Pizza Hut) and via the Pizza Hut App (Pizza Hut App) which are displaying promotional material in Australia.

For the avoidance of doubt, purchases made via third party food delivery services (e.g. UberEats, Doordash) are excluded from the competition.

Qualifying Purchase

Purchase any Large Pizza Hut Pizza and a 1.25L Coca‑Cola product in one transaction.

The participating 1.25L Coca‑Cola products are as follows:

• 1.25L bottles: Coca‑Cola Classic, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Coca‑Cola Vanilla, Diet Coke, Sprite, Kirks Pasito, Fanta, Fanta Lemon, Fanta Raspberry Zero Sugar.

Entry instructions 

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

(a) make a Qualifying Purchase either:

(i) dine-in at a Pizza Hut restaurant;

(ii) online at www.pizzahut.com.au; or

(iii) by using your smartphone to access the Pizza Hut App and place an order via the Pizza Hut App; and

(iv) retain your Qualifying Purchase receipt/screenshot;

then,

(b) follow the prompts online or via the prompts in the Pizza Hut App to visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form and all other requested information to see if you have provisionally won an instant win prize and to enter the major prize draw.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.

The Pizza Hut mobile app is the official Pizza Hut app available via the Apple App Store® or Google Play™ Store. 

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen? 

There will be up to 291 winners determined in respect of this competition – up to 290  instant prize winners and 1 major prize winner. 

Instant win prizes

There are up to 290 instant win prizes in total that will be awarded based on pre-determined times during the Competition Period as selected by a computerised random system at The Coca‑Cola Company, 1 Coca‑Cola Pl SE, Atlanta, GA 30313, United States of America (The Coca‑Cola Company).

Major prize

There will be 1 major prize draw conducted. 

The draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 13/01/2026 at Handling Matters, Unit 40/1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer NSW 2099.

The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will win the major prize. 

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants). 

What can I win?

There are up to 291 prizes available – up to 290 instant win prizes and 1 major prize.

Major prize

There is one major prize available.

The major prize is a VIP Peking Duk Tour Experience in 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed by the Promoter) for the winner and 1 adult companion valued at up to $5,830 depending on the winner’s place of residence.

The major prize will be a trip for you and 1 adult companion to attend the Peking Duk Tour in 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed by the Promoter) at an Australian capital city of the winner’s choice (exact tour locations to be confirmed by the Promoter), which includes the following for the winner and their companion:

(a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city and return transfers between the airport and the accommodation;

(b) 2 nights’ accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel (twin share) (as determined by the Promoter) with daily breakfast;

(c) 2 x VIP Experience tickets to a Peking Duk show (exact dates and location to be confirmed by the Promoter);

(d) meet and greet photo opportunity with Peking Duk members which includes 10-15 minute chat and signed Peking Duk merchandise;

(e) backstage access during the show;

(f) AUD$500 spending money for the winner only, awarded as an EFT transfer to the winner’s AU bank account,.

The major prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.

By accepting or participating in the major prize, you must ensure that your companion is provided with a copy of these Terms and Conditions, and that your companion complies at all times with these Terms and Conditions.

If you are the major prize winner and you choose to take the major prize at a tour date in your closest capital city of residence, you and the Promoter will work together to agree upon appropriate alternative travel arrangements (which may be, for example, by air, train, road, or otherwise). You and your companion will still receive the accommodation package and return transfers between your residence and the accommodation as part of the major prize.

If the major prize does not go ahead for any reason, the major prize winner will be awarded a cash prize to the same value as the original major prize.

Total prize pool

The instant win prize pool is up to $22,650.

The major prize pool is up to $5,830.

The overall total prize pool is up to $28,480.

How many times can I enter?

You can enter multiple times, up to 3 times per person per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase.

Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

If you are an instant prize winner, you will get a return online message acknowledging your entry and informing you if you have provisionally won an instant prize and if so, details on how to verify your entry and claim your instant prize. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the validation period for an instant win prize is 7 days.

Allow up to 5 business days from validation to receive your digital instant win prize and up to up to10 business days from validation to receive your physical instant win prize.

The major prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing within 7 days of determination.

Winners of prizes valued at over $250 will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 27/01/2026 for a period of 28 days.

Proof of purchase

If your Qualifying Purchase is made from Pizza Hut online or via the Pizza Hut App, you must keep the original Qualifying Purchase receipt or screenshot as proof of purchase for all entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to review your entry/screenshot for validity, in its reasonable discretion. Entries including modified or edited screenshots will be rejected.

Your purchase receipt/screenshot must clearly show the Pizza Hut logo, identify the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).

If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.

If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.

Unclaimed prize/s

Major prize claim date: By 5pm (AEDT) on 13/02/2026. 

Unclaimed Major prize determination: 12pm (AEDT) on 16/02/2026 at the same location as the original draw.

If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize.  Any winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing by email within 7 days of determination and will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 23/02/2026 for a period of 28 days.

Instant win prize claim date: 5pm (AEDT) 13/02/2026.

Unclaimed/unwon instant win prize draw: 12.30pm (AEDT) 16/02/2026 at the same location as the original draw.

If an instant win prize is un-won during the Competition Period or has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner of that prize (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed and un-won instant win prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the instant win prize/s amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed or un-won prize.  Any such winner/s will be informed in writing by email within 7 days of determination and for any winners of prizes valued at over $250 will also have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on the Website on 23/02/2026 for a period of 28 days.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 16/03/2026.

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.  You/your companion consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect your/your companion’s (if applicable) personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your/your companion’s personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors including Peking Duk Touring Pty Ltd  (ABN 15 606 527 039) (Peking Duk) to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you/your companion’s or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand and Singapore.

If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion.

The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.coca-cola.com/au/en/legal/privacy-policy) includes information about:

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

 If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter disclosing your personal information (first and last name, mobile number and email address)  to  Peking Duk/Supernormal Music so that they can send you direct marketing., By opting-in you agree to Peking Duk/Supernormal Music storing and handling your personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy including for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services, and confirm that you have reviewed their privacy practices.  You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter has no control over Peking Duk/Supernormal Music’s privacy practices.

1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above.  Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions. 

Entry

2 Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter.  If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective).  You will receive a return message confirming your entry.  The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control.  You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. 

Prizes

3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.  If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:

(a) booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;

(b) conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, health and safety requirements and applicable dress codes);

(c) conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;

(d) travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;

(e) any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked; and

(f) a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.

4 You/your companion are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, etc. Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied.  The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner must keep their tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.

5 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.

6 Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  In that case you/your companion forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity and the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.  Similarly, while the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the participation of any specified celebrity/ies in the prize element/s, the Promoter and prize suppliers exclude, so far as legally permissible, all liability if for any reason the celebrity/ies do not attend the prize element/s due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and prize suppliers (e.g. illness).  Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element. 

General

7 Any material failure by you or (if applicable) your companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).

8 For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities. 

9 If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you/your companion must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements).  You must ensure that you/your companion are healthy and fit enough to take the prize.  You/your companion must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies.

10 You/your companion must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize.  If you or any companion do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.

11 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions materially including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded.  The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

12 You must not:

(a) tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);

(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;

(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;

(e) breach any law; or

(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

13 You are responsible for your companion and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or your companion if they materially breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.

14 If you (or your companion, if applicable), in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.

15 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.

16 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.  In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.

17 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash (except where cash is specified).  Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.  The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.  The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.  You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

18 By entering, you request that your full address not be published.

19 Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize entry.  Every instant win prize entry in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the entry is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.

20 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

21 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize.  You should seek independent financial advice.  If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

22 You may have consumer rights under statute including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which may be relevant to any issue or problem you encounter in relation to this competition and cannot be excluded or restricted.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts those rights.  See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.

23 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).   

24 Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

25 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and X.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
