Entrants and Exclusions

This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or older (Eligible Entrant).

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and their employees, and agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12.00am NZST on 06 April 2026 and ends at 11.59pm NZDT on 28 June 2026.

Entry

Eligible Entrants must:

a) Purchase any participating specially marked FANTA product during the Promotion Period. Any participating MyCoke product will also be eligible to enter the Fanta Xbox Gaming Promotion.

b) Participating specially marked FANTA products are:
6x 330mL cans; 440ml cans; 600mL PET Bottles; 1.5L PET Bottles, Large Beverage from Burger King or Taco Bell.

c) Visit https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/offerings/fanta-wanta/promo

d) (Promotional Website) or Sign up/log in to your MyCoke account.

e) Enter the unique code found on your Pack to enter the draw.  If purchased at Burger King or Taco Bell, you will receive a card with a unique code.

f) By completing the Entry Method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.

g) Please note: The unique code entered on https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/offerings/fanta-wanta/promo

h) is for this promotion only and is separate to weekly MyCoke draws  on www.mycoke.co.nz but any unique codes from MyCoke promotional packs can be used to enter the FANTA Win 100’s of Xbox Prizes promotion. To enter MyCoke draws, you will need to enter the relevant unique code on www.mycoke.co.nz and for eligible products you will also be automatically entered into the FANTA Win 100’s of Xbox Prizes Promotion.

Limit

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

1. Entry Limitation: Limit of five (5) entries permitted per person per day.

2. Prize Winning Limitations:
- Major Prizes: A maximum of one (1) Major Prize may be won per person throughout the entire Promotion Period.
- Secondary Prizes: A maximum of three (3) Secondary Prizes may be won per person throughout the entire Promotion Period.

3. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above and each entry meets these Terms and Conditions. 

Prizes

There are seventeen (17) major prizes awarded at the end of the promotional period, and two hundred and one (201) secondary prizes that will be awarded during the promotional period. 

Total Prize Pool

The total prize pool is: $16,964

Prize Distribution 

A total of 218 prizes will be awarded throughout the entire Promotional Period, comprising:

• Seventeen (17) Major Prizes
• Two Hundred and One (201) Secondary Prizes

MAJOR PRIZES
Seventeen (17) Major Prize Winners will be drawn from all eligible entries received throughout the entire promotional period. The selection will occur at the end of the promotion period on Wednesday, 1^st  July, 2026.

SECONDARY PRIZES
A total of 201 Secondary Prizes will be awarded during the Promotional Period.

Secondary Prizes are daily prizes, with winner selection conducted via weekly draws. All valid entries received on each day of the Promotional Period will be included in the draw allocated to that day.

The number of Secondary Prizes available each day will be awarded as follows:
6 April to 26 May: two (2) prizes per day
27 May to 28 June: three (3) prizes per day

The daily prizes will be drawn at the end of each week, with draws conducted every Wednesday, commencing on 15 April 2026, and continuing throughout the Promotional Period until all 201 Secondary Prizes have been awarded

Prize Winner Notification and Delivery

MAJOR PRIZES
The winner will be notified via the e-mail address supplied on the drawn entry form within ten (10) working days of the winning entry being drawn. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form.

SECONDARY PRIZES
Provisional winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw, confirming their win and providing instructions on how to redeem their prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted on the entry form.

Unclaimed Prizes

Any unclaimed or unredeemed prizes will be forfeited.  There will not be any unclaimed prize draw.

PRIZE DETAILS

MAJOR PRIZE 

The total prize pool value is NZD $11,939 worth of prizes. This consists of 17 individual prizes, and the prize splits and amounts are specified in the prizes section.

Each Prize will be sent via courier to the winner’s address once the winner has been verified and a residential address has been supplied. 

The Promoter will not be liable to any person for any damage caused to the Prize, or if the Prize is lost or goes missing, after it is dispatched for delivery to the winner.

SECONDARY PRIZES

1. There are two Hundred and One (201) JB Hi-Fi Digital Vouchers each valued at $25 each to be won.

2. Winners will receive an online gift card via email, redeemable in any JB Hi-Fi Store in New Zealand (excluding JB Hi-Fi's airport stores) and on online retail store (www.jbhifi.co.nz). 3. Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.

4. The Prize will only be delivered via email and each winner should allow up to 21 days for delivery of their Prize from the date of winner confirmation.

PRIZE CONDITION

1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

2. If the winner does not reply to the Promoter within ten (10) days of notification of being the Prize winner, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw a new winner of the Prize from the eligible participants on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.

3. If a Prize is unavailable, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equivalent value and specification.

Standard Conditions of Entry

1. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.

3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. 

4. Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:

a. fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;

b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;

c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

d. acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;

e. in the opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;

f. breaches any law; or

g. behaves in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

5. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).

6. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. The details of winners will be held in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Oceania Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting www.coke.co.nz/mycoke/privacy-policy . The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.

7. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or Fair-Trading Act 1986.

8. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable or running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law.

9. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law)

10. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the winner winning the Prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice.
