Entrants and Exclusions

This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or older (Eligible Entrant).

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and their employees, and agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
 

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12.00am NZST on 17 November 2025 and ends at 11.59pm NZDT on 14 December 2025. 
 

Entry

Eligible Entrants must:

  • Purchase any participating Keri product during the Promotion Period
  • Scan the QR code on-pack to visit https://www.coca-cola.com/nz/en/brands/keri/promo
  • Complete the online entry form providing all the required details which may include without limitation: first and last name, and email address.
  • By completing the Entry Method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the weekly draw.
  • Following the successful submission of an initial entry and receipt of confirmation, entrants will be presented with an option to participate in the "Keri Fruit Smash Game". Entrants who elect to play and complete the Game in accordance with its on-screen instructions will be awarded one (1) additional bonus entry into the same weekly draw.
     

Limit

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

  1. limit of five (5) entries permitted per person per day;
  2. limit of one (1) prize permitted throughout the promotion period per person; and
  3. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above and each entry meets these Terms and Conditions. 
     

Prizes

The total prize pool value is NZD $4,000 worth of prizes.

This consists of 40 individual prizes that will be delivered in the form of Visa Virtual Gift Card. The prize splits and amounts are as per the below:

Each Visa Virtual Card expires two (2) years after issue date.

Standard Visa Virtual Card terms and conditions apply to the use of the gift card and must be complied with by the winners.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

The Prize will only be delivered via email and each winner should allow up to 21 days for delivery of their Prize from the date of winner confirmation. The card can be used online like a Visa card anywhere in New Zealand.
 

Prize Winner Selection, Notification and Prize claim 

Winners will be drawn weekly every Wednesday (the first being 26 November 2025) throughout the promotion period. Provisional winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw, confirming their win and providing instructions on how to redeem their prize. The prize will be sent directly via email within 21 days of winner confirmation. The Promoter takes no responsibility for errors in email addresses provided during entry into the Promotion.
 

Unclaimed Prizes

Any unclaimed or unredeemed prizes will be forfeited.  There will not be any unclaimed prize draw.
 

Standard Conditions of Entry

1. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.

3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

4. Entrants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. If an entrant enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), the entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:

a. fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;

b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;

c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

d. acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;

e. in the opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter;

f. breaches any law; or

g. behaves in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

5. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic messages or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).

6. The Promoter may, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and other suppliers for the purposes of this promotion. For the purpose of prize fulfilment, the Promoter may share necessary personal information (such as email address, phone number) with Burger King. The details of winners will be held in accordance with the Coca‑Cola Oceania Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting www.coke.co.nz/mycoke/privacy-policy . The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided above.

7. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or Fair-Trading Act 1986.

8. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable or running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law.

9. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law)

10. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from the winner winning the Prize. Winners should seek independent financial advice.
