TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF “BUY. WIN. HIT THE GYM! WIN ABSOLUTE BOUTIQUE FITNESS CLASSES WITH EVERY $5 PURCHASE OF PARTICIPATING BRANDS!” (“PROMOTION”)

SINGAPORE

IMPORTANT: Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") before entering this promotion ("Promotion") provided by the Promoter listed in Section F below ("Promoter"). This is a legally binding agreement between you and the Promoter establishing the terms and conditions under which you are entitled to participate in this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
 

A. ELIGIBILITY

1. This Promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, residents, work permit holders, and valid Singapore pass holders above the age of 18 years and is valid in Singapore only.

2. Persons ineligible and excluded from this Promotion are: (a) Employees of Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte. Ltd., and their advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies; (b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a) and (b); (c) Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Promotion; and (d) Business partners, suppliers/distributors of the Promoter.. 

3. If intellectual property is created by way of your participation, you will assign and transfer to the Promoter or its assignee all worldwide right, intellectual property rights, title, and interest in your entries, together with the right to make any changes, adaptation, or modifications to the entries for the purposes of marketing, advertising, and trade without compensation to you.  You shall do all things and execute all documents necessary, or a may be required by the Promoter and/or to enforce any of the rights promised to the Promoter herein.  You will release and discharge the Promoter against all claims, which you may have, or which may arise out of the rights granted to the Promoter in relation to this Promotion.
 

B. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Promotion starts from 00:00 on 1^st August 2026 and ends on 23:59 on 30^th September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Any entry not received during the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified. The Promoter is not liable for any lost, delayed, or misdirected Entry (as defined under Paragraph C.4 below).
 

C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Purchase a minimum of SGD$5 worth of products from the Participating Brands (as defined under Paragraph C.3 below from any Participating Stores in Singapore during the Promotion Period in a single receipt. You are advised to keep the original Proof of Purchase for record and/or verification purposes.

2.  Receipt is collectively, “Proof of Purchase”.  Proof of Purchase may only be used once.

3. Participating Brands.

The Participating Brands  are:
(i) Authentic Tea House  300ml, 500ml, 1.5L Products;
(ii) Fuze Tea  300ml, 500ml, 1.5L Products.

4. To participate in the Promotion, the Participants may either (i) scan the QR code as printed on the Point of Sales Material affixed and thereafter the Participants will be directed to the Promotion website; OR (ii) visit the following URL Promotion website at (https://cokeurl.com/ath-promo26).

5. Upon completing the step as laid out in Paragraph C.4 above, the Participant would then be directed to a landing page and to which the Participant is to click on the link.  Once the Participant is on the landing page, the Participant will be required to do the following:

i. Provide the following information of the Participant: Name, e-mail, and local Singapore phone number.

ii. Upload a clear photo of the  Proof of Purchase with the Participating Brands or capture a screenshot of the transaction receipt from retainer’s App or capture a screenshot of the transaction receipt from retainer’s App.

iii. Accept the “Terms & Conditions”, and “Privacy Policy”.

iv. Click “Submit Now”.

The steps listed in this Paragraph C.5 shall collectively be an “Entry” or collectively “Entries”.

5. Participants are required to keep the screenshot for record and/or verification purposes. Valid Entries must not contain references directly or indirectly to any intellectual property rights of any third party without consent. By participating in the Promotion and submitting the Entry, you are deemed to have certified that nothing in the Entry shall infringe any copyright or trademarks or violate any person's rights of privacy or confidentiality and shall be fully liable and responsible for any third-party infringement or violation. Entries will be disqualified if they (a) infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party; and/or (b) contain any indecent, immoral, offensive, defamatory, racial, religious, political contents, or contents or acts which the Promoter, at its discretion, considers inappropriate in nature.

6. Phone data and/or internet usage to participate in this Promotion may be subject to charges by your service provider / carrier.

7. Personal information (including images) collected or received from the Participants may be used by the Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte. Ltd., and/or their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including conducting background check on the Participant’s identity and verifying their eligibility to participate and receive a prize. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant explicitly allows the Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte. Ltd., and/or their respective agents and agencies to contact the Participant via the Participant’s particulars provided for such purpose. The Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte. Ltd. and their respective agents and agencies values all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish the Participant’s personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of the Promotion or where required by law). The Promoter shall manage all personal information collected, which contains personal data, according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

8. Each Entry shall be subjected to verification by the Promoter and/or its representatives. In the event that details are invalid as determined by the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Entry will be disqualified.

9. All Entries submitted shall become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

10. Each Proof of Purchase is considered as 1 (one) entry.  1 (one) transaction submitted, regardless of the number of products purchased, will be considered as 1 (one) Entry.

11. Each participant may submit as many entries as he deems, accompanied with the Proof of Purchase (receipt(s)). All valid Entries within the first month that have not won any prize will stand a chance to win in the second month of prize.
 

D. PRIZES FOR LUCKY DRAW

1. There are 1280 Absolute Boutique Fitness Classes, or sessions, as prizes available in total during the Promotion Period.

2. Winners will be selected via a lucky draw based on a computerized system, conducted in the presence of an authorised representative of the Promoter or its appointed agency. The system will randomly pick 200 winners for August and September 2026 respectively (e.g. 200 winners for August and 200 winners for September).

4. The total number and type of Prizes that will be awarded in this Promotion will not exceed those as stated in paragraph D.1 (1). By participating in this Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that in no event will more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of equal or greater value.

5. The Prizes are available on an as-is basis and are not transferable, not exchangeable and not convertible into monetary value. The Promoter reserves the right not to award any Prizes or any alternative prizes of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever to a Participant who fails to meet any stipulated requirement for the claiming of the Prize.

6. Winners will be selected via a lucky draw (“Draw”) based on a computerized system in the presence of an authorized personnel of the Promoter or its agency. The Draw will be conducted on:

1. 4^th September 2026 (for entries received for month of August 2026)

2. 5^th October 2026 (for entries received for month of September 2026)

7. For the avoidance of doubt, to be eligible as winner for month of August, the Entry must be received by 23:59hrs on the 31^st August 2026; to be eligible as winner for month of September; and the Entry must be received by 23:59hrs of 30^th September 2026.

8. For each draw in each month, the Grand Prize winners will be drawn first, followed by the draw of the Second Prize winners from the remaining eligible Participants, and subsequently followed by the draw of the Consolation Prize winners from the remainder eligible Participants. All draws will be randomised.

9. Each Participant is entitled to win only one (1) Prize throughout the entire Promotion Period (e.g., if a Participant has already won a Prize, he/she will no longer be entitled to win any further Prize).

10. Winners may be required to sign or acknowledge a Participation/Release Agreement in the form required by the Promoter in order to claim the Prizes. 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, with an alternative winner.  

12. Winners will be notified via email, text by WhatsApp or phone call with details of how to claim the Prizes by 11^th September 2026. Winners MUST submit the original receipt for verification purposes prior to collecting the Prize. Unless otherwise specified, all Prizes MUST be claimed by 16^th October 2026. Prizes not claimed within the stipulated date will be forfeited. Any Prizes not redeemed within the period, shall be donated to a charity.

13. The Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte. Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies shall not be liable for any warranties, maintenance, taxes or any additional costs of the Prizes. Prizes will be awarded only in Singapore.
 

F. VERIFICATION

1. Entries submitted are subject to verification. Any Entry that is incomplete, missing the receipt, illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors or where the printing is unclear is invalid.
 

G. OTHER CONDITIONS

1. All promotional materials, including details on participation form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. The Promoter and/or Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd is not and shall not be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of the Promotion (including the process of conducting the lucky draw) caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any web site or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any participants or to any other person's computer or mobile phone related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Promotion.

3. In no event will the Promoter,  Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any the Participant’s acceptance of the Prizes (if selected as winner), or their participation in the Promotion. By entering into the Promotion, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly. 

4. The Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd and their Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the Prizes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter, Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd and their Affiliates are not liable for any defect in the Prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.

5. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice. By participating in this Promotion, the Participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  

6. If any term or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable by any legislation to which it is subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and it shall in no way affect or prejudice the enforceability of the remainder of such term or other terms of this Promotion.

7. A person who is not a party to any of the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.

8. This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts in Singapore.

9. The Promoter is Coca‑Cola Singapore Beverages Pte. Ltd. Located at 100G Pasir Panjang Road, #08-01 Interlocal Centre, Singapore 118523.

10. For the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, please visit https://www.coca-cola.com/sg/en/legal/privacy-policy. By participating in this Promotion you consented to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, do not participate in this Promotion.

11. For details, refer to in-store posters, logon to https://cokeurl.com/ath-promo26 or call 1-800-860-4000 (Monday – Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, excluding public holidays). All calls to this number from your mobile phone may be subject to airtime charges by your service provider.

12. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
 

APPENDIX A

Absolute Boutique Fitness Terms & Conditions:-

Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable

All our packages are strictly non-refundable. If you are unsure if you are able to finish your package in the set validity time, then consider purchasing a smaller package.

Activation Dates

Once you book your first class, your package will be activated. This includes when you have booked for a class, and then decided to cancel. The activation date will still be locked on the date you made your first booking.​

Packages will automatically expire within 60 days if not activated, unless otherwise stated on the specific package terms and conditions.

Non-Extendable

All our packages have an expiry date and are strictly not extendable.

​This is because you are not purchasing a monthly membership. Our classes are valued at $49 per class for Rhythm Cycling & $59 for Pilates Reformer, and by buying a package, you are purchasing the classes in bulk to enjoy a discount, and needs to be attended before the expiry date to enjoy this discount.​

If you have an irregular schedule or travel a lot. Then we recommend purchasing a smaller package.

No-Show Policy

If you miss a class without cancelling before the cancellation window, you will be considered a NO SHOW, and 1 credit will be deducted.

If you are unable to attend class due to a sickness, please write into support@absoluteboutiquefitness.com.sg with the subject: “MC NO SHOW WAIVER.” You will need to email and include a photo of your medical cert within 24hrs of the time of the class.

​Requests sent to us beyond 24hrs will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and may be rejected.

Freeze Policy

If you are injured, pregnant or have just undergone surgery, please email us at support@absoluteboutiquefitness.com.sg with your doctor’s letter to request a package freeze.​

All requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and are subjected to approval. These terms apply:

• Minimum Freeze Period: 30 days
• Freeze Period will be in accordance with your doctor’s letter. At a maximum Freeze Period of 50% of the original duration of your package*
• Admin Fee: $20

Student Package Policies

• Only for Full-Time students below the age of 26.
• Valid Student ID must be presented to purchase the package.
• First Timers (at Absolute Boutique Fitness Singapore) MUST attend a minimum of 1 "Essential 60" or "F15 + Absolute 45" Class.
• Package valid for 3 months upon activation (first class booked; regardless of whether class was attended, cancelled or no show).
• Package can be used at Studio of Purchase only, for the choice of discipline.
• Package will automatically expire 30 days from purchase if not activated.
• Package cannot be shared.
• Packages can be frozen twice per package with a valid Medical Certificate on a case by case basis. Admin fee of $20 to freeze each package per month may apply.
• Freeze period minimum 2 weeks, maximum 50% of the original package validity in totality, capped at 6 months.
• Package includes GST.
• Members must comply with all terms and conditions as specified on our website.
• The package is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-EXTENDABLE.
• Failure to comply with the T&C may result in denial in participation or cancellation.
• The company reserves the right to change the T&C without prior notice.

Book Classes

How to book?

Book classes on our Absolute Singapore app or website. We do not accept bookings over the phone or via email.

Who can book?

The minimum age to attend classes is 16 years old. Note that participants aged 16 to 17 will require a parent consent form signed.

What class should I start with?

All first-timers on any package should attend our Essential 60 OR F15+Absolute 45 Classes. This is mandatory for everyone to attend (even if you have been to similar studios).

When can I book classes?

Booking opens at 10.00pm daily, 8 days before the class.
- For e.g. on 1 May (Mon) @ 10.00pm, you can book any class on 8 May (8 May).

Classpass bookings open at 12.00pm, 7 days into the future.

How many classes can I book?

You can book up to 7 classes per week.

Class Prep

• What to wear?
  • We suggest wearing form-fitting leggings or shorts and a light, breathable top.
  • For Pilates, ensure you have grip socks. They are mandatory for safety reasons. If you do not have socks, you can purchase in studio, with prices starting at $8.00.
  • For Cycle, towels and cycling shoes are provided. If you have your own shoes, our pedals are compatible with Look Keo cleats. Do remember to bring socks! Otherwise, socks are available for purchase in studio, starting at $6.00.
• What else do I have to bring?
  • Remember your water bottle to stay hydrated! We have water dispensers at every studio. If you forget, water is sold at the counter.

Important Notes

Arrive Early

Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before class and check-in at the Front Desk.

If you are a *first-timer, please inform our staff, and they will take you around the studio

*Remember, all first-time riders are required to take an ESSENTIAL 60 OR AN F15+ABSOLUTE 45 CLASS.

Releasing of Spots

We will release spots that have yet to be checked in two minutes before the start of the class. These spots will be made available to members on the Physical Waitlist, other Walk-In members or members who wish to change their spots.

In these cases, you will be marked as a No-Show and 1 class credit will be deducted.

Late Arrival

• After the doors are closed and class has started, there is a 3-min grace period to enter the Rhythm Cycling studio and 5-min grace period for the Pilates studio.
• No one is allowed into the class after the grace period, even if you were
  in the studio earlier.
• For First-Timers attending PILATES: Essential 60, there is NO grace period. For your own safety, you are strictly not allowed into the class once the class has started.
• This is to ensure there is no disruption to the class. So please make sure to keep track of time and/or stay close to the studio entrance.
• Note that if you are late to check in, you will be marked as a No-Show and 1 class credit will be deducted.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your class, you can do so without penalty 12 hours before your class.​
- For e.g. if you booked a class at 7:00PM on Tuesday and wish to cancel it, you must do so by 7:00AM on that day.

​This includes when you are automatically added from the waitlist.

Please note that classes may be cancelled if the minimum attendance is not met.

• By 9 PM: for next morning – noon classes
• By 10 AM: for same-day evening classes

Please note of the following:

• Ultimate Pilates Drop-In (access to Pilates and Cycle, not valid for Tower/PP classes)
• Access across all studios
• Validity until the end of the year to redeem and book classes
