1. Eligibility: The Coca‑Cola® Win the Weekend Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), which includes an Instant Win Game (“Game”) and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S., D.C. and Puerto Rico (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of game play/entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), WPP plc, Coca‑Cola bottlers, Reyes Coca‑Cola Bottling, L.L.C., Great Lakes Coca‑Cola Distribution, L.L.C. dba Reyes Coca‑Cola Bottling, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C., Hilton Inc. (“Hilton”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Weber-Stephen Products LLC, Carnival Cruise Line, a division of Carnival Corporation (“Carnival Cruise Line” or “Carnival”), Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, DoorDash, Inc,  Walmart Inc., Hulu, LLC, AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc, Fanatics, Inc., adidas AG, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”); C3 Presents, LLC and its landlords or licensors (related to the Festival), if any, Capital of Texas Public Telecommunications Council, Inc., Austin Parks Foundation, the City of Austin, and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, affiliates, agents, and employees (collectively “ACL Festival”) Santa Cruz Seaside Company, San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, Navy Pier, Inc., Wilderness Hotel & Resort, Inc, United Parks & Resorts Inc., The New York Racing Association, Inc., New England Aquarium Corporation, Museum of Science, Meadowbrook Amphitheater Holdings, LLC,  Hartford Yard Goats, Buffalo Bisons, The Syracuse Mets and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
 

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 8, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will consist of four (4) Game prize pools (each, a “Game Prize Pool”) and three (3) Sweepstakes prize pools (each a “Prize Pool”), as described below. Entrants may also play for a Regional Game Prize if they are in an eligible ZIP code during the Promotion Period. The end date for a Regional Game Prize may end earlier than the Promotion Period and is noted in the chart below.

3. How to Participate: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

• How to Play the Instant Win Game: During the Promotion Period, find the Quick Response Code (“QR Code”) on specially-marked marketing material in digital media or select retailers and scan the QR code to visit the website by clicking here (the “Website”) or visit the Website directly. Next, follow the instructions to log in or create a free Coca‑Cola account (“Account”) and select one (1) of four (4) Game Prize Pools:

Once logged in, and your Game Prize Pool has been selected, you will receive one (1) Instant Win Game Play (“Game Play”), subject to the limit below. Once the Game Play is complete, you will either receive a win message for a Game Prize or a non-win message. If you are eligible for a regional game prize (“Regional Game Prize”), based on your state/ZIP code, you will also receive a regional game play (“Regional Game Play”). Follow the instructions to play for a Regional Game Prize and once the Regional Game Play is complete, you will receive a win message for a Regional Game Prize or a non-win message.

• How to Enter the Sweepstakes Via the Website: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Website (as noted above) and follow the instructions to log into your Coca‑Cola account (“Account”), and select one (1) of three (3) Prize Pools. Click where indicated to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing for the applicable Prize Pool (“Website Sweeps Entry”), subject to the limit below.

There are two (2) ways to earn bonus entries:

• During the Sweepstakes Period, make a qualifying purchase of an A250 can (“Can”), of any Coca‑Cola Original Taste, any diet Coke, or any Coke Zero Sugar product (each a “Coca‑Cola Product”) in store at a participating retailer (“Qualifying Product”). Next, find the UPC Code (“UPC Code”) on the Can or Coca‑Cola Product and scan the UPC Code on the Can or Coca‑Cola Product. Click where indicated to receive ten (10) bonus entries into the random drawing for the applicable Prize Pool (“Purchase Bonus Entries”).
  
  Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays/Regional Game Plays/Purchase Bonus Entries/AMOE Bonus Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays/Regional Game Plays/Purchase Bonus Entries/AMOE Bonus Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Plays/Regional Game Plays/Purchase Bonus Entries/AMOE Bonus Entries, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
  
  
• To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, you may enter by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number (including area code), date of birth, a valid email address and you must indicate the Prize Pool name you are entering for on a plain 3”x5” index card, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: Coca‑Cola® Win the Weekend Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7777, Melville, NY 11775-7777 to receive ten (10) AMOE bonus entries into the applicable Prize Pool’s random drawing that you indicated (“AMOE Bonus Entries”). AMOE Entries must be postmarked by September 8, 2026 and received by September 15, 2026, to be entered into the random drawings for the applicable Prize Pool. AMOE Bonus Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and AMOE Bonus Entries by any means which subvert the AMOE Bonus Entry process are void. AMOE Bonus Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
  
  Limit one (1) Game Play, one (1) Regional Game Play, one (1) Website Sweeps Entry and ten (10) Purchase Bonus Entries or AMOE Bonus Entries per Entrant per day regardless of the method of entry or combined methods of entry. Purchase Bonus Entries and AMOE Bonus Entries will be collectively defined as “Entry” or “Entries”. A day is defined as beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET on a calendar day, except for the first day of the Promotion, which begins at 10:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET on May 25, 2026.

4. Sweepstakes Random Drawings: Three (3) separate Prize Pool drawings will take place on or about September 16, 2026 to select one (1) winner for each Prize Pool from among all eligible Entries received for each respective Prize Pool. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each respective Prize Pool.

Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Tickets are redeemable until September 26, 2026, or while supplies last. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity, age, and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Not valid during sold out concerts, private parties or non-Live Nation produced events. If winner is unable or unwilling to attend on the requested dates, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Live Nation. Sponsor is not responsible if a winner does not use tickets on the specified date. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, postponements or cancellations for any reason and the applicable winners will not be reimbursed. Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Parties’ control that may cause a cancellation or postponement for any reason. Tickets are subject to issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check policies and procedures. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The ARV of the Regional Game Prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for the purpose of these Official Rules, and the date the Regional Game Prize is awarded. If the actual purchase price of a Regional Game Prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the Regional Game Prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference.
 

Each Regional Game Prize winner and guest (or Regional Game Prize winner on behalf of guest who is a minor and their child/charge) of a Regional Game Prize winner (except for those that won a Regional Game Prize from Weber), will be required to execute a Release of Liability (“Release”) prior to receiving tickets.

Six Flags Terms and Conditions: Six Flag Park tickets expire at the end of the 2026 season, whichever is sooner. All Six Flag Park tickets are valid at any participating Six Flag Park. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored by Six Flags. Accordingly, Six Flags expressly disclaims any and all liability in conjunction with the offering or conduct of the Sweepstakes under any legal theory, including but not limited to the award of prizes in the Sweepstakes. All Entry Six Flag Park tickets details, including delivery, are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Six Flag Park tickets winners are solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with prize award, receipt and use not expressly specified herein as part of a Regional Game Prize, including, without limitation, transportation costs, additional parking costs, lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, surcharges, other costs and expenses incurred by the prize winner and prize winner’s guest(s) in accepting the prize. Prize winners must accompany any minor guests at all times during Prize usage.
 

Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize (1): 4-day, 3-night trip for the winner and three (3) travel companions from October 9, 2025 - October 11, 2026 to the Austin City Limits® Music Festival (Weekend 2) at Zilker Park in Austin, TX (“Festival”). The Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation for the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companions from major airport nearest winner’s home to Austin, Texas, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights for the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companions [based on one (1) room, quad occupancy], VIP tickets for the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companions to the Festival from October 9, 2026 - October 11, 2026, a $250 ride share gift card to be used for ground transfers for the winner, and a $300 prepaid card that can be used towards spending money for the winner. Terms and conditions of the prepaid card apply. ARV: $6,155.
 

Lost, mutilated, or stolen Festival tickets will not be replaced. By accepting an Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize, Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable Event and the Festival venue. Sponsor is not responsible if an Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner does not use Festival tickets on day of Event. Sponsor is not responsible if the Festival is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner will not be reimbursed. Festival tickets are subject to issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check policies and procedures. Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Parties’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Festival or any portion of a trip prize. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner and their travel companions must follow any applicable protocols in place at time of travel and the Festival. All prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of Festival cancellation, that portion of the Grand Prize will go unawarded and no additional compensation will be provided.
 

Festival Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of Festival under the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner’s name. Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companions must abide by all venue and Festival policies: here, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize from the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner or Austin City Limits Music Festival  Prize Pool Prize winner’s travel companion(s) who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation/Festival into disrepute.  Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. Resale or transfer of any prize element including tickets is prohibited.  By winning the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize, you agree to Festival Tickets Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Carnival Cruise Line Prize Pool Prize (1): A $3,000 Carnival gift card that can be used to purchase a Carnival cruise and a $500 Carnival gift card that may be used to purchase a non-alcoholic beverage package. ARV: $3,500.
 

Carnival Cruise Line Terms and Conditions: Carnival Cruise Line Prize Pool Prize winner must be at least twenty (21) years of age to book cruise and travel solo. If Carnival Cruise Line Prize Pool Prize winner is under the age of 21, Carnival Cruise Line Prize Pool Prize winner must book and travel in the same stateroom as a travel companion who is: (i) at least 21 years old and the spouse of Carnival Cruise Line Prize Pool Prize winner; or (ii) at least 25 years old; and in such event, cruise booking must be established by such travel companion. Terms, conditions and restrictions on gift card(s) may apply, as designated by issuer, including (without limitation) those terms set forth here which are applicable to Carnival Cruise Line gift cards.
 

Maui Prize Pool Prize (1) A 4-day, 3-night trip for the winner and up to three (3) travel companions to Maui, Hawaii. The Maui Prize Pool Prize includes a Sponsor-specified airline voucher for round-trip economy air transportation for the Maui Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion(s) from major airport nearest winner’s home Maui, Hawaii, three (3) Be My Guest (“BMG”) hotel certificates (each a “Certificate”). Each Certificate includes a one (1) night stay that can be used for hotel accommodations for the three (3) nights for the Maui Prize Pool Prize winner and travel companion(s) [based on one (1) room, and up to quad occupancy], and a check in the amount of $2,500 that may be used towards spending money. Maui Prize Pool Prize must be taken within 1 year of the date of winner verification. ARV: $6,795.

BMG Certificate Terms and Conditions:

• A BMG Certificate is a complimentary one-night stay Certificate issued by Hilton. The Certificate can be used as a form of payment for a one-night standard room rate, plus applicable taxes, at eligible Hilton properties.
• Reservations must be booked directly through a Hilton booking channel.
• A valid credit card is still required for reservation confirmation.
• At check-in, present the physical BMG Certificate to the front desk for redemption.
• If eligible, the BMG certificate will be applied to cover the cost of the standard room night and tax.

Brand Specificity:

• BMG Certificates are brand-specific and must be used at the brand listed on the certificate.
• BMG certificates can be used at all-inclusive resorts and will cover resort fees.

• BMG certificates must be presented at the time of check-in.

• BMG certificates aren’t valid for use on December 31 (New Year’s Eve).

• BMG certificates are non-transferable.

Airline tickets/voucher are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest the winner’s home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Prize may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize and Maui Prize Pool Prize winner and each of their travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. If an Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize and Maui Prize Pool Prize winner is under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of trip departure, the travel companion of a Grand Prize winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of trip departure in order to check-in to the hotel. Each travel companion (or a Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize on behalf of travel companion who is a minor and their child/charge) of a Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize and Maui Prize Pool Prize winner, will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure, All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver identification, passport (or passport card)]. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor (or prize may be forfeited, with no compensation); dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. In the event an Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of the destination city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for the air transportation portion of the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize. If an Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize travel with less than the allotted travel companions, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to/from airport and winner’s home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. Winners (or travel companion if a winner is under 21) will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the applicable winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event that a Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize winner or their travel companion(s) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early and/or eject them from any portion of the trip or the Event, in whole or in part, and send the applicable Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize or Maui Prize Pool Prize winner and their travel companion home with no further compensation.
 

Austin City Limits Music Festival Prize Pool Prize, Carnival Cruise Line Prize Pool Prize, Maui Prize Pool Prize, Game Prizes, and Regional Game Prizes will collectively be referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of Prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Game Prize per Prize Pool, and one (1) Prize Pool Prize per person/household.
 

Unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. The odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize Pool Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Game Prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received for that Game Prize Pool. Odds of winning a Regional Game Prize depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of Regional Game Prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play, and number of eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period. The number of Game Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded during the Promotion Period for that Game Prize Pool (if applicable).

6. Game Prize Winner Notification: The potential Game Prize/Regional Game Prize winners will be notified during the Game and via email after receiving a Game Prize win message and if they are receiving a physical Game Prize, must input the required verification and Prize fulfillment information within the form (“Form”) at the time of notification during the Game or within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification. If a Game Prize winner fails to provide any requested information during the Game, they can provide the required verification and the correct prize fulfillment address information within twenty-four (24) hours of email notification or the applicable Game Prize winner may be disqualified and the applicable Game Prize will be forfeited. If the Game Prize winner tries to update their prize fulfillment address information after the twenty-four (24) hours of email notification, the Game Prize will be sent to the original address, pending verification. Sharing the Form is not permitted and that person will not receive a Game Prize; only the original Game Prize winner is entitled to the Prize. Physical Game Prizes will then be fulfilled to the Game Prize winners at the mailing addresses provided within 4-6 weeks after the end of the Promotion. Digital Game Prizes will be sent to the email address provided on the Account within 4-6 weeks. Return of any Game Prize or notification as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited.
 

7. Verification: All winners are subject to confirmation, verification of eligibility by Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages/notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule 5, the intended number of Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from playing/entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.
 

8. Sweepstakes Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment: The potential Sweepstakes Prize winners will be contacted via email and those who have won Prizes valued at $2,000 or more will be required to sign (or, if a potential Sweepstakes Prize winner is a minor, their parent will be required to sign) and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as a Prize winner. Potential Regional Game Prize winners and any applicable guests, will be required to sign a Release within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as a Regional Game Prize winner. If a potential Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration/Release within forty-eight (48) hours, Declaration/Release is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected for the applicable Prize, time permitting. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Administrator will contact the Prize winners to arrange travel and award the remaining portions of the Prize within 4-6 weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the applicable Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the Declaration/Release in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per Prize, time permitting. The Prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes in connection with the Prize (if applicable), including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. The Prize winners of Prizes valued at $2,000 or more will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Prize for the year the Prize is awarded. Any winners who have inquiries regarding their Prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding Prizes will be forfeited after that time).
 

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

10. General Rules: By participating in the Promotion, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/cellular service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Promotion is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the Game Prizes/Regional Game Prize claimed per Game Prize Pool prior to such action and select the Sweepstakes winners from among all eligible Entries received per Prize Pool prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participation in the Promotion, Entrants, Prize winners, and travel companions release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any Prize-related activity or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.
 

11. Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry/Game Play process, the operation of the Promotion or Website or the Prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries/Game Plays generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the Entry/Game Play process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

12. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, injuries or damage (collectively, “Claims”); (b) Claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Parties in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
 

13. Privacy Notice: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Notice posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Promotion.
